It&#039;s great. You can take all the trays out and make yogurt with it too or even use it to raise bread. (I don&#039;t use it for bread, though....)

I&#039;m glad I don&#039;t have the 9 tray because the 5 tray is big enough for me. It does take a lot of storage space but it&#039;s worth it.
