Yea, those blondies were probably there all along...I was always on a diet when I was in Ohio because I was so darn chunky (ok, fat...) so I&#039;m sure I turned a blind eye to anything yummy.</description>

Funny thing is, I watch a lot of &quot;Throwdown with Bobby Flay&quot; on the Food Network (I would say it&#039;s my guilty pleasure, but sadly, that title actually goes to the Real Housewives franchise. Shameful, I know). He actually did a blondie throwdown against two guys who owned a bakery that specialized in blondies in....wait for it...OHIO! So, they&#039;re there! They&#039;ve just been hiding from you : )</description>

To use what I had on hand - I used coconut oil in place of the butter and honey instead of agave and lemon zest in stead of orange - came out great! I may need to *sample* another one from my batch...</description>
