Every month a different blogger carries on the Go Ahead Honey tradition, started by the talented and devoted Naomi Devlin of Straight to Bed Cakefree and Dried.
This month’s round-up theme is Guiltless Pleasures. Eating well doesn’t have to be boring, and we have proof. Just keep scrolling….we have a staggering thirty five dishes, all guiltless and gluten-free.
A sincere thanks to all the healthier, gluten-free cooks who made the theme Guiltless Pleasures a true success – we even have a non-gluten free blogger or two! I thought about writing a story to take you from dish to dish but quickly realized that there’s nothing I could add to this fabulous food made healthier.
If you are a Stumbler – give these fabulous posts a thumbs up. We can all help spread the word about eating healthier and gluten-free. I’ve also added so many great RSS feeds to my Google Reader. I don’t want to miss any creations from these creative gluten-free cooks.
Next month is hosted by Naomi at Straight to Bed Cakefree & Dried. We’re going to have Breakfast in Bed.
Hold on to your aprons! Enjoy…

Cinnamon Bread – can’t you almost smell it? Created by Maggie from She Let Them Eat Cake.
The Curious Baker has been busy creating decadent Blood Orange and Chocolate Muffins.
Egg Free, Butter Free Gluten Free Tomato Soup Bread from Alea at Gluten-Free Flavor Full! A recipe originally from the Depression Era remade for today – totally gluten free.
Mango-Coconut Pudding from Ali at Whole Life Nutrition, perfect for Phase 1 of the Elimination Diet in The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook
. (I love this cookbook!)
ChocoMole Pudding made with avocado from Anusce at Ciao-Chow. Super creamy – just make a little at a time or you’ll eat it all at once. (At least that’s what I did…)
Berry Cornmeal Galette from Jamie at What on Earth do I Eat Now? Who doesn’t love cornmeal and berries?

Bettie at Wineable gifts was busy this month – she made these family favorite peanut-butter oatmeal cookies, entitled Grandma’s Monster Cookies.
Bettie also shared her Midnight Brownies made with amaranth (love this flour!) and a secret ingredient.
Jayme, a law student, passionate cook, and dog lover, from Try and Tri Again, touts her Gluten Free, Sugar Free Chocolate Hazelnut Black Bean Bread. You can’t go wrong with chocolate and hazelnuts.
Stop by My Sweet and Savory where Chaya made a nutrient dense Almond Broccoli Salad.
Chelsey from The Crazy Kitchen is serving her healthier Mocha Cream Cake – with avocados instead of the cream. Go ahead, honey – take a bite!
Heather from Celiac Family made a dairy-free Chocolate Creme Brulee. Can you hear the crunch from the carmelized sugar?
Cindy from Clean Food Kitchen is new to the blogging world. Make sure to stop by and see her moist Banana Bread and give her a warm gluten-free welcome!
Tracee, or as you probably know her – Mrs. Ed from Mrs. Ed’s Recipes and Research, has what she calls a very humble, Moist and Simple Coconut Cake. It’s SCD friendly, too.
Aside from a stunning collage, Z’s Cup of Tea made SCD, gluten-free, casein-free, Lemon Cupcakes with a vegan cream cheese frosting. This is her very first GAHIGF – please give Z a warm welcome!
Ashlie from The Delshad Duo whipped up this gorgeous Lemony Almond Cake with Coconut Whipped Cream – dairy and sugar free, too!
Everyone’s favorite Spunky Coconut, Kelly, made grain free, egg free, vegan Blueberry Muffins. While you’re at her blog, pick up a copy of The Spunky Coconut Cookbook
. It’s gotten rave reviews and definitely has a place on every gluten-free cook’s baker’s rack.
Erica’s sharing her gluten free, vegan Chocolate Orange Cake – gluten free and made with lots of love! Try it as cupcakes or the base for a birthday cake with panache.

Our resident Gluten-Free Homemaker, Linda, is serving up gluten-free multi-grain walnut carrot muffins. Beta carotene, omega-3s, whole grains…you can’t go wrong with these.
Iris, the creative cook behind The Daily Dietribe, shares her gluten-free pizza crust that rivals the NYC pizza crusts that she used to be able to eat before going gluten-free.
If you prefer a thin crust pizza, Jenn Cuisine has one just for you topped with Caramelized Fennel, Beets, and Orange.

Katie of Kitchen Stewardship has a healthier, gluten-free Almond Power Bar. And she’s not even a gluten-free blogger – gotta’ love our Katie! She embraces everyone.
If you miss your chicken nuggets, give these Oaty Chicken Nuggets and Garlic Dill Fries from Chandice at Gluten-Free Frenzy.
Emily from Gluten-Free Plus Plus got the thumbs up from her friends on this gluten-free, sugar-free Apple Torta.
Grain-free, egg-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, Passover & ACD friendly Coconut Macroons from Ricki, the brilliant blogger behind Diet, Desserts, and Dogs. She’s also the author of Sweet Freedom, another book to add to your collection. (FYI…someday soon you’ll get a chance to win a copy right here at SS&GF!)
Shirley, my good friend and the voice behind Gluten Free Easily, shares her “Bran” New Muffins along with a lot of helpful information in the post. I love Shirley for always shouting the truth from the roof tops and for making eating gluten-free so easy.
Hallie from Daily Bites made irresistible Two-Bite Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cakes. They’re almost too pretty to eat.

I also made a two-bite delight – but in ice cream sandwich form. Sugar-free vanilla ice cream sandwiched between moist, sweet potato buckwheat cake…does eating 5 still make them guiltless?
Gluten-free, sugar-free Peanut Butter Pudding from Ariana at The Frugally Rich Life. Creamy and smooth – who can resist this?

Sunbutter Cookie Bites from Stephanie of Gluten-Free by Nature. The perfect combination of sweet, salty, and good for you!
And the Grand Finale from the genius behind Go Ahead Honey – Naomi’s Pear Marzipan Wheels. You won’t believe how simple this is to make and it’s oh-so-impressive.
Thanks again to Naomi for allowing me to host this month and to all the bloggers that made this month’s GAHIGF a huge success.
And always remember – good food can be guiltless and gluten free!
